Dear team,

I had mistakenly transfers money from my account to unknown person. I have visited icici local branch and submitted my application and they have provided me request number : sr[protected].
But i am contacting customer care and they are not helping on this.

This is in regards to online imps fund transfer from my savings a/c no.[protected] mistakenly transfers into kotak mahindra current account number: rzrpkoinvr523o1.
Request you to please revers the transaction to my icici savings a/c no.[protected].

ICICI team help me to get my money back. They took my application and forwarded to concern bank to deposit my money back.

ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
