[Resolved] ICICI Bank — wrong information provided to cibil department which reduced my cibil score | |||
I took a home loan from icici bank and paying there emi in time. However, in the month of oct. 2018 i came to know my bajaj finance card got permenetly blocked due to low cibil score. So, i raised a dispute with cibil department that in the month of july your report says i have a non payment of emi from icici bank. Please correct it i paid all the emi in time. After investigation they replied please contact icici bank for the same. I contacted bank and they replied it was a system issue bacause of which it is reflceting non payment. I told them this effected my cibil score. Please correct it. However after multiple communication with them they never helped me. Is there a way i can get justice bacuse icici bank is not helping me.
