[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Wrong MAB charges | |||
I am a corporate. In the month of November I had requested my online savings account to be converted into salary account. Despite my salary credtion.I was charged around 1200₹ MAB charges without any notification. One of the agent at ICICI - splender forum, jasola 11334, New Delhi branch took my request for salary account conversion. I had adhered to all the formalities. Customer care, the branch and the employee who took the request are just throwing blames and I have been running around circles. I, humbly requested them to reverse the charges.
