[Resolved] ICICI Bank — wrong mobile number update resulting in unnecessary messages of some other customer
I am not a customer of icici bank still have been receiving messages and calls with respect to some other customer. Message includes information of emi and some insurance policy. Have been using this number since last 4 years and recently have started receiving these messages. Had once communicated the same to the customer executive as well but no action has been taken till now. Also, there is no direct customer care number to speak to an executive for non existent customers. Please help to resolve this on priority.
