[Resolved] ICICI Bank — wrong transaction again in my account | |||
I am sonia pandey, 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as dmc/dp chgs till jul-19 dp charges on 28/08/2019. I went to branch to my home branch and asked for closer of the account but they are not ready to help and told me to call customer care. If they can open account from the branch then what they can't close from branch. I am not using that dp account and i want my money back. Icici bank sigra staff is not at all helping their customer and doing fraud what they did in my account opening. Now i am not in my hometown, and when went to other branch they asked me to visit home branch. I dont understand the use of internet in banking sector and specially if this statement comes from private bank like icici. Was this information helpful? | |||
