[Resolved] ICICI — credit card charges | |||
Dear sir, I am having one credit card of icici bank ending 6000 since long time. The last bill amount due date was 3rd may, 18 and i have deposited a cheque no. 002067 before 30th april, 18 in bhankrota branch and get phone call from branch also that the cheque shall be presented on 30th april. The same cheque not sent for clearing so i raised the online request on website and get call from customer care that cheque will take 3days to clear. But the same was not happened, so i sent one person to trace the cheque. Where it is lying and it was found in bank in pending and presented for clearing on 9th may, 18. Now the bank has imposed penalty, intestinal etc for late payment whereas my concern that why don't they call to their branch to confirm my submission and not reversal of the charges. I got irritate to call on customer care and writing to them but no reply for solutions. There final verdict that you have to pay the entire amount otherwise further charges will be imposed.
