Its been more than a month since i raised this request. They do not respond at all. You can expect an answer only when you 'create' request in this postal the first time. I tried following up via email, tried this forum, their call center etc. They force you to give up on the complaint by not responding. Good technique, i must say! Is this really icici? Have attached the picture of my complain a month ago. I also have several follow up emails but zero response received. Thank you for your service icici!! I have a question for consumer complaints team - do you not followup with the service providers if a request is not addressed for a long time?
