[Resolved] ICICI — debit card blocked for online transactions | |||
Lately i have been getting 3 otps for every online transaction like zomato, uber etc. Hence it is causing a lot of confusion as to which one to enter in the payment gateway page. And because of that, my debit card has been blocked for online transactions. When i called the customer care and entered my 16 digits on the card, an automated reply said that my card isn't blocked and disconnected. So much inconvenience caused by icici and no help from customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||
