Dey high brokerage rates. Going forward can nse and bse have a standard website where the stocks can be sold and bought with a standard brokerage rate with a brokerage and stamp duty not exceeding 0.01%for any kind of trade. There should be a regulation for the stock brokers and their brokerage charges. Also getting a lot of notorious calls from indore claiming sebi registers companies which i believe are doing insider trading. Nearly lost around 1.5 lacks in brokerage charges. And 1 lack in share trade. Also any brokerage company should release the financial trading vedios open to public for them to learn rather than selling it for a payment.

    I have been struggling with the icici dircet team for almost a year now. I had submitted the closure letter to the direct office in nalalkunta in hyderabad in 2010 june. The manager there said he will close the account but never did and i got debited for the annual charges which i noticed only in dec, 2017.

    How do i know, a disoriented manager will not close my account. The idirect team is asking me for a prroof. Who in the world will keeo a receipt from 8 years ago? Well i gave up on that.

    I had a series our emails from the idirect folks who seem to be good for nothing as no action has been taken on the closure after multiple emails and sending the clsoure letter 4 times on emails as i am in the us. I got a confirmation that the demat account was closed.
    Again in dec 2018, i got a charge of rs.826 for maintainence.
    Why should i pay this when i ahve been asking you guys to close my account since the beginning of last year.

    I have all the emails with me and woudl file a legal case when i am back to india in 2019 and will ensure i am compensated for the mental agony and the unwarranted charges.

      please see the thread mail to sri pritam
      ji branch manager which is regarding change of address in

      i started the process by my rm gaurav
      singh gaur mobile [protected] on 10th nov 18, applying in
      proper format enclosing all documents required. I went
      personally to icici direct branch rajnagar, ghaziabad and
      contacted sri pritam ji branch manager mobile [protected]
      for quick disposal of my change of address request. He
      assured me that it will be done in short time. After that i
      contacted him regularly 3 - 4 times in a week for resolving
      the issue. I was told that he is regularly talking to the
      seniors and matter is in process.
      sorry to say after one and half month
      the matter/request of change of address is still not
      resolved. Due to this only my corporate fd of rs. 2 lakh of
      icici home finance applied on line has been sent on old
      address and is missing. I am not able to request to send
      the duplicate of the same because of present address not
      updated in account. I want to cash it due to some urgent
      need and for that physical fd is to be surrendered. I am
      facing lot of trouble due to this.
      please take on priority basis the issue to
      resolve my change of address request.
      i
      request you to look into the matter why so much delay is
      there in my change of address request and who is responsible
      for this delay so that at least the clients should not
      suffer in future.

        I never know about that icic direct account. I have never used that. I see deduction of rs.826 from my icic account on dec 28 (Stating that dp charges till november 2018).
        I didn't get any message alert to see also. Just casually i went through my statement and found money deducted.
        I want this issue to be resolved.. Close the demat account which was opened by your agent saying which is free of cost and refund the amount.
        This is usual way of working in ICICIDIRECT - they debit any charges as per their whims and fancy, without proper notification or justification - even the narration in statement is coded, so customer does not understand what is he/she paying for - if you have other investing platforms to choose from, pls do so as even escalating issues in ICICIDIRECT fall on deaf ears - their Management email IDs are also just dummy IDs which never respond.

                Contract description: opt-arvlim-28-jun[protected]ce-s

                As per the reference above, i bought an option contract of "arvind limited" on 6th june, 2018. Observing the market condition for few days, at an opt time, i decided to square off my open position. So i square off my position 25th or 26th of june 2018 over the icici direct app. After submitting the order at market, i got the message: the order has successfully executed, so closed the app.

                But later on 29th june, i noticed the funds are not available in my account. So, i checked the trade book, and i noticed my open position got "buy close out". That means when i squared off my position over the icicidirect app, the order did not got executed or did not reflected as executed on the main system,, causing me almost 53000 loss in f & o transaction.

                Immediately, i contacted local branch of icici direct (Kolhpaur), but received a very rude reply as they can not do anything, and ask me to call customer care.

                After calling customer care few times, i finally convinced the customer care representative to file my complaint about the position did not got squared off over icici direct app. The complaint no is sr[protected].

                I requested, my log in history and my activity log of 25th and 26th june 2018, and as a right of information, they should provide me my activity log and history for the same date. On my activity log, the system should show that i logged in, and which modules i selected (At the back end) and i submitted the order.

                Till date, icici direct failed to provide any details about my log in and activity log.

                The icici direct app did not square off the order when actual transaction is done. This is a huge loss for me. Kindly help to look into this issue and help to get me my refund.

I asked that i already owned a card of icici and limit of that card is 40000/-. They said that icici is providing another card to me and you can avail this offer. I said ok if 75k is the minimum limit then send it to me. They took my all the documents and promised to deliver with in 7 working days.
                  As it is almost 20 days over and i reveived my card but when i checked limit is only 40k for coral card as promised was minimum 75k, second it not a another card it just a card that is upgraded of my earlier card as i checked details from imobile app.

                  Above is the mail i wrote to icici on 18 noc but still i did not get any reply from there. Its like these guys are here only to cheat people. I think govt should close this bank as they all cheater. Apart from that they deduct 500 from my account and i did not get any message or mail for the deduction. Even i statement also it was not there. Why they charged me for 500 without even notify me.

                  Seriously fed up now. Wanted a strong reason for all this.

                    Amount of 550.67 has been deducted from my account. With entry o f "dmc/inxxxxxxxxxxx dp chgs till s
                    Ep-18". I tried to contact customer care of icici bank and they told me to contact demat account customer care. I tried but not able to connect. I was told that it's a free account and i haven't used demat account even for once. Also, i haven't received any update regarding deduction.

                    I want a proper explanation for this.

                      I have a demat account in icici. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dp chgs till sep 18' — inr 728. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

                          I have an account with icic direct (A/c no - [protected]). I had purchased 475 no. S of equity share of m/s mohit indusries ltd through icicidirect, but now i am unable to sell the stocks through icicidirect. I had tried to contact with customer care department, but they are unable to sell at their end & inform me to contact with managing director of m/s mohit industries ltd.[protected] – mr. Narayan s seaboo) to sell out the stock directly. I tried to contact with him, but not getting him directly.
                          As informed by icici direct executive that m/s mohit industries ltd has been delisted from icici direct. No prior information to us that the stock has delisted from icici direct. As i have purchased stock through icici direct, then icici direct will be responsible to sell out the stock.

                            Icici direct is deducting unnecessary amc charges from my bank account even after having zero investment in equity. They have deducted twice from my bank account, that is, 68₹ and 826₹ on different dates in a year, 25th april 2018 and 30 may 2018 respectively.

                            When i raised my concern they told me i have to visit nearest demat office and request for the closure and deactivate the service.
                            When i haven't made any equity investment i should have not been deducted any amc (Annual maintenance charges).
                            Please look into this matter and do the needful.

                              On 28th of august an amount of 826 is deducted from my account and when i checked it with customer care they informed me that this amount is annual fee for Demat account. How can they charge me an annual fees for a service which i am not availing, i closed my demat account an year ago. I want my money back, i am not availing their service so how can they charge me.
                              Client is ICICI bank their customer care number is [protected] my demat account id was w0234596 and it was closed on 27 feb 2018.

                                  I have done fd deposit in mahindra& mahindra for two lakh (One lakh on 1/3/2018 and second on 5/3/2018) through icicidirect on line with guidence of your representative. I did for quarterly interest but fd received in soft is cumulative.

                                  I have taken this matter with local representative but no serious follow - up by icici direct.
                                  Pl lookinto the matter. Also sent hard copy of the fd.

I have trading with you last same years but i observed yesterday one incident with you on dated 21/06/2018. I have traded in equity margin plus order & buy of idbi bank on price of 57.60 and gave the sltp on price 57.25 but my order sell automatically on price 57.40 at the time 11:39 am whereas idbi bank share price neither come on my sltp target nor cross then why did happened execute my target & gave the loss.                                         I have bought different company fd through icicidirect offline mode. The form filled are correctly, but found mismatch in later communications. The amount debited to respective companies, there is no further receipts. Only i can see additional inputs reminders by registered post. There is no serious follow up by icicidirect representatives with us for resolving the ambiguities. I had asked about discussing one issue with the higher authority, but till date there is no response
