Demat account Closure:
Date of Closure form submission at bank - Feb - 1 – 2017
All dues are cleared in my demat account.
ISSUE : I have submitted the closure form on Feb - 1 - 2017 at BTM branch but still my account
is not closed and in-spite of repeated followups there is no response from the employees
at the BTM branch.
Trading account Closure :
I have sent a confirmation email from my registerd account for the trading account closure to [protected]@icicidirect.com but the account is not closed so far.

There is no response from employees even after repeated followups.

I have a icici saving bank account . Now i apply online for convert to NRI account.
I want to close My Demat account. Now i am in abroad. So how can i apply for closing demat account ? Please suggest me.
