[Resolved] Icici Direct — My Demat account deactivated | |
Hi I came to abroad for 3 months trip. I thought of opening an NRI account. I just tried Saving account to NRO conversion link. Then my employer changed my business trip so I don't want to convert it. But when I tried for the conversion before my Demat account got deactivate. ICICI helped & clearly told its is still RI account only. But I send ICICI DIRECT Around 20 mails. But all the reply are saying same reply. Even customer care people are not at all reading my mails. I have a doubt whether any customer care executive is reading my mail or simply replying. Now you are the 11 th person in ICICI DIRECT to tell my story. Another thing please understand we are making ISD calls to reach customer care executive but customer care executive s are lethargic and they just want to close the ticket without giving any proper reply. Now I really beating on bushes because I don't know who is my complaint manager or I don't know his e m ail or phone number For the past 20 days i am struggling to trade.
