[Resolved] Icici Lombard — 2 wheeler insurance settlement issue | |||
I had submitted for a two wheeler insurance claim (Intimated - 23 sep 17, claim no - mot[protected] for which i have been assigned a surveyor named mr. Nirmal (Mob no - [protected]). The surveyor was too rude on call and was not ready to clarify any of my questions. This person called me for an initial discussion with an approved amount which was way lesser than the claim amount expected, so i asked him a detailed split up for which he mentioned that he shall get back to me and one fine day i get a message from icici that my claim has been settled for rs 3067 rs (Out of the total claim amount 6037 rs). The claim is settled with lesser amount approved even before collecting the complete set of required documents (Though i had asked him not to close along with the asked detailed split up). The gst amount which i had paid to the tvs company was not approved because of some billing format issue. When i requested the surveyor to reopen the request, he denied. For this i had to call icici lombard customer care and place grievance complaint (Dated - 31 oct 2017, complaint reference number - [protected] and [protected]), during which i am asked to contact this surveyor's manager mr. Sudendar (Mob no - [protected]). This person asked for a revised bill and i have submitted the revised bill in the requested format by 17 nov 2017, after which he told me to wait for my claim to be reopened and processed. I am following up with this manager since then, and he is keeping on dragging the situation. He did mentioned that he shall get me an update on this by today 12 dec 2017, but no more picking my calls or responding to my messages. I am fed up of this and need some assistance in getting the balance claim amount (Gst amount) of total of 1139.38 rs. Was this information helpful? | |||
