[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Cashless claim-Health Insurance | |||
We had a pre approved cashless approval for my father's angioplasty at Criticare Hospital Andheri West. On the day of discharge when final bill was submitted icici lombard took 3 hrs to respond and they responded with a query. To this query the hospital responded and they too another 3 hrs to respond. Wen the patient was due for discharge why do they take 3 hrs??? They had another query to the response from hospital and again the insurance company is taking 3 hrs to respond. Isn't it just pathetic that a patient who is due for discharge is being subject to the 3 hrs tat that they have. I think this is the worst thing an I surface company can do to its cashless claims.
