[Resolved] Icici Lombard — cheating by false information on insurance policy and not giving money | |||
Dear this company is cheating purple by false information i already have a personal protect policy taken one year back on 3rd july one icici lombard insurance agent gave me call stating that we have one offer for you on the same policy you have taken if you take the new policy you will get policy for our your 85 years and we will cancell your old policy and refund your paid amount of 10340 and will be credited to you account within 21 days of your new policy document received date, I was in suspicion and called back icici lombard customer services they said there is no such policy Irrigated a complaint, the closed it stating issue is closed, but no one called me ibabaw proof of the recording from this agent What shall i do to further escalate it to concerned persons Abdul sukkur Was this information helpful? | |||
