[Resolved] Icici Lombard — cheating while cancelling policy | |||
Cancel the policy Res. Sir, I purchased a credit card from Barclay bank and they made it mandatory for me to purchase a health insurance policy of icici lombard, and 8290 Rs was deducted from my credit card balance.I dont want to avail this policy . And this is a cheating, how can they force people and make it mandatory.Please help me in cancelling this policy Was this information helpful? | |||

As discussed with your custome care they said my refund amount is around 41, 000 but received 32709
first time u said refund amount 41K then u gave 32k . I think i will not buy ICICI lombard premiume next time.

We tried contacting you today however we were unable to establish contact, we would like to inform you that your policy no. 4**0/IBULL/1*******0/*0/**0 has been cancelled as per cancellation grid and refund of Rs. 32709/- is applicable as per policy terms and condition.
Further, we would like to clarify that refund has been processed on your basis premium .i.e. Rs.57383/- and as per GST clause policy issued before March 31, 2018 refund will be processed on basic premium as service tax amount is retained by government authority.
