[Resolved]  Icici Lombard — claim amount not reimbursement

I had taken health policy during traveling to london last year on may month. I got admitted in hospital there due to facing problem to breath. After 2-3 days medical doctor told me the problem that is called hepatic cirrohsis. It was fixed after sometime and claimed the icici lombard for reimbursement, but you denied my claim amount and given multiple excuses. Can you pl look once as below details to continue our relation.
