Icici lombard:- regarding insurance - I am sorry to say, that i have never seen such type of bad service. 1. 19. Aug.19 query raised by you, but you were not copied me & hr. 2. Hard copy of discharge report already submitted, but your team fails to review properly & unnecessary query raised. 3. 23. Aug.19 : your customer care told me that they will confirm me within two days whether these documents are suffice or not But today customer care called me & told that your file was reopen yesterday & it will take 14 days minimum. As per telephonic conversation held dated September 4, 2019 on your mobile number [protected] shown on claim form, we wish to inform that post receipt of your concern our claims team checked claim records and only found claim was received for above number where we claim amount was sanctioned for Rs.40000/- and paid, Rs. 29284/- deducted as Maternity sublimit exhausted as per policy terms and conditions. We request you to refer your policy schedule and policy wordings in this regards. Further as confirmed with your good self you have received this claim amount and your issue is been addressed hence we are closing this case. We look forward to serve you. | |||
