[Resolved] Icici Lombard — claim not processing | |||
I have filed a claim for my vehicle cg04ll5211 Its been now more than 15 days i didnt got my vehicle neither the claim is processed Mr pawan sonkar who is processing my claim is such a irresponsible person, i lodged my claim and talked to him he sked me to send the vehicle to the showroom i did it and after 3 days i came to know he dosent visited there i called him and asked to visit, then again after some days i called and asked the status he says your formality isnt complited that also mr pawan didnt told me the man who is working in toyota tells me that thing if i am calling him again and again he should tell me that, he dosent check the papers or what after completing all the formalities he when i called him yesterday he says again some things are missing how your agent works i dont know thing are only done when i will call him despite these public holidays there were working days after dipawli but still my work is not done I have called irda complaint they asked me to write the problem to you then call irda.
