[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Claim rejection | |||
Hi, 1. Admitted to Artemis Gurgaon for slip disc. 2. Spent a week there. 3. Started therapy at home (therapist assigned by same doctor) 4. Spoke to icici Lombard people if this was covered under their policy. 5. After they said yes, I was treated at home for slip disc. 6. Sent all the original bills from Artemis to the Hyderabad office of icici Lombard. 7. And the claim stands rejected as they don't pay home visit charges now. 8. Was this information helpful? | |||
