Icici Lombard — Complaint regard to icici lombard policy | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I, Praveen Kale account holder of ICICI Bank, purchased policy in ICICI Lombard by call center representative(Payal Malhotra). I have taken Lombard policy on 22-Feb-2016 through ICICI credit card. I have not received any intimation from Lombard to my email & mobile number regard to this. I have called corresponding representative(Payal Malhotra) who called me for policy, but not responded me properly even i have not got any confirmation regarding to this policy neither from company nor representative. Now, after these days today(02/March/2016) i have received policy kit to mailing address. This shows the prestigious company's customer oriented, quick, prompt service. So, kindly I am requesting you to cancel my policy and refund the amount to my ICICI Bank credit card account at the earliest. Otherwise, I will approach Legal-Dias for further clarification about your service.
