My self Snehasis Barman, I have a tipper which had accident before 3 months. At the spot I clame through online. Company send me Mr. Rahul Majumder sir phone no. I call him but he didn't recive. Spot servey is necessary. My total clame amount 3.7lacs. But after 3 months I didn't get not a single money. Even your company's employees did not cooperate with me., not only cooperate but also not recive my phone.
