Need status for our claim.I have sent the original settlement letter to Hyderabad office. We got an intimation saying the documents have been recd. It is also uploaded in our Icici Lombard app. again the same query was raised. again uploaded the PDF version of the settlement letter. Surprisingly we got a call on 13th July saying your amount has been processed and we will get the amount in 14 days. again when we called the Customer executive he says on 15th july again query was raised and it was same pending settlement letter. The settlement letter has been shared and shared again recently on 16th August. the CUSTOMER support executive had informed that the claims team will review it. I really do not understand. You guys do not check your emails and documents shared and ask for the same documents again. Today again i received an email form the CUSTOMER support asking for TPA letter. what ### is this. Please remember we are yet to renew the policy and we are reconsidering #ICICIlombard.
