Icici Lombard — health policy premium issue | |||
I have renewed my icici lombard heath policy for two years on 6th of june under policy no 4128i/ih/90634445/02/000 through website under guidance of your customer care executive who called me up for renewal of policy. At time of renewal i told your executive that i want it to be converted in to 24 months emi as it is the way i was paying for policy for last 8 years, your executive told me to pay through credit card and once the payement is done you can call credit card division and they will convert it to 24 month emi but when i called the credit card division they told that they can convert it to 12 months only and that too first instalment will include bank charges and told that it is lombard people who should have converted it to 24 months then i called lombard division they told it is credit card division to convert it and since yesterday i been calling both lombard and credit card division with no redressal to my problem and a futile practice. Kindly look in to the matter and help ne to convert it to 24 month emi as i wont be able to pay full premium in one go as what i have done is what has been guided by your people so kindly look in to the matter and rectify the same at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |||
