Icici Lombard — Insurance copies do not receive | |||||
I have renewed my policy on 08/09/2016 online, but i did not received yet the policy sent by you through blue dart courier service agency but was annoyed to know when i today checked the courier status on internet that it has been returned undelivered. The fact is that i have not received even a single call on my mobile that the courier has reached for delivery by courier service. My phone no is [protected] which is already registered with you. Please take necessary action and let me know the present position otherwise it is of no use of taking insurance policy from icici lombard. Only a headache for me.
