Icici Lombard — issues with claims | |||
Hello sir/madam, This is manjunatha u, this complaint regarding claims from icici lombard. I have taken car insurance from icici. I paid extra money to get platinum insured member, with this platinum offer i suppose to get devise and remote key to my car as part of platinum insurance. Unfortunately i didn't get any offers, before paying insurance amount executive promised me that i'm going to get those offers, after completing payment they stopped responding i called many times and went car showroom but nothing happened. I have recorded voice call when executive was promising me about offers. Insurance details given below.
