ICICI Lombard is not honoring the policy features and due to which I had to pay the damage charges. I have been repeatedly asking for the proof which customer care team does not bother to share. Even though there Complaint Escalation matrix (as published on Net) does not respond, it mutely let customer care team do their job, pathetic state of affairs at ICICI Lombard team Was this information helpful? | |||||
