[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Motor insurance no response | |||||
I have registered claim on 23rd Aug. And till date it's been 4 days. No approval or any update. Service centre says icici surveyor not updating anything. It's just pathetic service. Have spoke to customer care twice and they too keep giving false promise of resolution within 24 hrs and so on. Worst experience. Motor insurance claim no. MOT11315090 with SR. No. [protected].
