[Resolved] Icici Lombard — motor insurance policy cheating | |
I have purchased insurance policy for my two wheeler (Policy no. 3005/w67022785/00/000). As per policy document, the premium to be paid was rs. 1562 but the amount charged from me was rs. 1947 which was made through my credit card. The customer care executive sold me another personal insurance policy with required motor insurance policy without my consent. I didn't want to buy any personal insurance policy as i already have term plan. Icici executive has cheated me u can also hear the recording /conversation between customer care executive and me where this hidden additional policy and charges were not told to me. Pls cancel my personal insurance policy and revert my money. Was this information helpful? | |
