[Resolved] Icici Lombard — motor policy | |||
I have requested in the month of august to renew my policy in my name and payed accordingly. I have also sent mail communication on owner change (Company name to my name) but icici insurance team made (Renew the policy) policy in the same of company without my approval. I m struggling since last two month to change policy from company name to my name. I have payed approximate rs 8500 to renew my policy in the month of august. Now for insurer name change asking again rs 4000. I don’t understand why i need to pay this amount. All my colleagues they payed just rs600 to change policy in same company. Even i called many time but answer is same. I have mail copy which i sent to icici team. If problem is not solved i will rice rti complaint Kindly support me to solve this issue.
