[Resolved] Icici Lombard — motors policy including telematics device | |||||
My name is kushal manglam - [protected]. This is to inform you that i have done my motor policy wef from 27th october 2017 from icici lombard insurance including the telematics device. Till now i have not received the hard copy of policy and the telematics device. It's almost been 1 month. Also the customer care support is not giving proper resolution and why there is delay in dispatch of telematics device. There is no communication from your side regarding the delay in dispatch of telematics device. I am only following up for the same. With this kind of service i am sorry to say that i have done a big mistake to choose icici lombard for my motor insurance. Was this information helpful? | |||||
