Already sent mail several times to ICICI Lombard customer care ...claim no mot05869255..Taken Car from ABT cuddalore...Insured under ICICI Lombard...Car accident occured on 20 the jan2016..Inspite of submitting documents, claim has been closed... .No proper response...Customer care has blocked mails..Insurance agent named Mr.gowthaman has closed the claim without prior intimation..
