[Resolved] ICICI Lombard — non refund of premium amount

Dear sir/ madam,
1. This is to bring to your kind notice that i had paid inr 7599.00 as car insurance premium to subject company on 29 may 19 through netbanking. However, even after repeated calls to 1800 2666 as well as multiple e mails on the subject, no positive response received from the firm under question. Also the firm call centre representative has denied for any compensation view i am paying cab charges for last 4 days due to sluggishness of m/s icici lombard.
2.in view of the above, it is requested to intervene and expedite the refund of inr 7599.00
