Icici Lombard — Non releasing / delay claim amount | |
Respected Sir, ICICI Lombard Insurance Company not releasing claim amount and they have raised a unreasonable reason which is out of their terms and conditions. I have medically tested Covid 19 positiv, the test was done by the Govt. of West Bengal Hospital. On my OPD patient card (Reg. No 13718 dated 13.05.2021) left side under clinical note It has clearly mentioned that " Covid 19 positive as per Rapid antigen test report ") Not only me but also my wife was Covid 19 Positive tested by Govt. of West Bengal Hospital, Please find the attachment. I have fulfilled their all terms and Conditions but till now my Claim status is pending and I did not get the entire sum insured as a lump sum amount as per insurance policy certificate . Here I am repeating their terms and conditions of my coronavirus insurance of ICIC Lombard (Claim No. SCM[protected] and Policy No.COI2007250104055730000593) below: 1. Payout on first diagnosis of COVID-19 Cover: INR 25, 000 After a 14 day waiting period, if you are diagnosed positive for COVID-19 by a Govt. designated centre, you will be paid the entire sum insured as a lump sum amount. 2. Tested in Government designated laboratories The insured must have tested positive for COVID-19 by a Government designated laboratory in India using only those specific test(s) as defined by Government authorities ICICI Lombard are harassing a Covid 19 patient.
