[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Not passing the bmw claim | |||
Sir, i had a icici lombard policy no-3001/78602160/03/000, i had lodge 2 claim for my bmw car up 80 cc 5555. the 1st claim they had passed but in the second claim they are not allowing, firstly they say that the alloy which needs to be replaced in claim is the part of wear and tear and the matter is been pending for last 15 days, i had giving the same explame of same car and same insurance company had pass the complaint under the policy no 3001/78602160/00/000. on 25/11/2013 at deutsche motors faridabad.
