[Resolved]  Icici Lombard — personal accident insurance

Dear team,

Here is the issue in details.

I bought a scooter last month (Honda activa) and the same is ordered through paytm. With scooter i ordered icici lombard "personal accident insurance" policy through paytm only.

Issue is, icici lombard is considered paytm login name which is not matching with any of my official documents. Instead providing application form before issuing my insurance copy, icici processed wrongly. I contacted them for changing name but they rudely rejected.

Being a reputed company, they failed a basic customer contact process before delivering insurance copy and supporting after sales.

Its 100rs policy/year but how many would have paid like this cheated by icici? Not a customer friendly in this type of problems.

Still i'm not getting any resolution from them. Please help.

Please check my comment properly. The # 82******24 is not mobile number. Its a policy number (personal accident insurance) which is bought from Paytm.

attached A copy. In This you can find there is no policy holders name.
