[Resolved] Icici Lombard — physical insurance policies not delivered | |||
I have renewed two insurance policies for my two wheelers on 3nov2017 which were expiring on 6nov2017. I have done this using my registered email id on icici lomabard site. Till date i have not received the physical copies of the policies. I have tried sending mail to the customer support if icici lombard, but they are saying that my email id is not registered. I tried sending them the screen shot of the login dashboard console, but they again replied back that i dont have my id registered with them. They have sent me the soft copies when i called them on their helpdesk phone. But still they have not send the insurance copies. Was this information helpful? | |||
