Hello, This is with reference to inspection for car insurance policy, it was declared 'Not recommended', not sure. After regularly asking why my policy is not received, i got a response saying it was 'Not Recommended'. NO REASON WHY? NO EMAIL, NO COMMUNICATION, NO MESSAGE. It was mentioned the refund will be done in 1 WEEK. Till today after MORE THAN 1 MONTH of chasing customer care, NO REFUND DONE, NO EMAIL, NO MESSAGE, NO COMMUNICATION. WHERE IS THE REFUND???????????????????? WHAT IS THE STATUS????????????????? NO EMAIL NO MESSAGE NO COMMUNICATION ON STATUS 1&1/2 MONTH???????????????????????????????????????????? WHEN WILL YOU RETURN THE MONEY???????????????????????
