[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Regarding my 2 wheeler claim | |||||
Somebody stolen my Honda Activa on 14/01/17, on the very same day i have register the FIR & ICICI Claim. Investigation team "Jain & Associates" will collect all the necessary documents from me. After 2 months when i have not received any response from the Claim department then i chased them. They told me that your Claim has been rejected due to Negligence. I have not received any confirmation from ICICI Lombard via email, phone, sms or any letter, is this type of service you people are giving the customer, when i called Claim the Claim manager they don't even pick the call. The worst insurance company i have ever seen, never suggest any of my family or friend to take policy from ICICI Lombard.
