[Resolved]  Icici Lombard — renewal soft copy

I had renewed my vehicle insurance and paid the amount through debit card mode by using icici lambord site. Amount debited in my account. Still they are not sending soft copy to my mail id. They told send the document in 24 hours. Very worst service. Next time surely i will not put insurance in icici
Expecting even now it will be resolved if not i will take necessary action against the inconvenience caused...
