[Resolved] Icici Lombard — two wheeler insurance claim | |||
I met with an accident in the month of April 2019 from my motorcycle (Royal Enfield Classic 350 Redditch Red) got some damages in fuel tank, seat and air filter box. I had given my bike to Royal Enfield service center Soniya Motors Thane. Service executive from ICICI lombard insurance Mr. Sameer Naikwad was very rude, He didn't listen my points and just said tank and seat will not cover (costly parts). I had visited workshop for more than 15 times, everytime he deny to come for joint inspection and used to say it will not cover on phone call and so many times he used to ignore my phone calls rather explaining why he is not covering those parts. This was a very bad experience. I have paid 12000 rs. I also insisted Sameer to write a mail of rejection reasons but he didn't provided yet. Was this information helpful? | |||

With reference to claim no MOT08546818 with request number [protected] to icici Lombard customer care an amount Rs. 7800 is not credited till date as it is long pending from ur end. Kindly do the needful.
