Icici Lombard — Vehicle insurance claim | |||
I am writing this complaint with regards to my car insurance claim. I met with an accident at Lucknow highway on 12th March 2017 for repairing and insurance purpose i dropped my car at Megha auto dealers (I) pvt ltd. The insurer inspected my car within few days and i was told that the insurance will be claimed within 45 days. But its been 70 days passed and so far i didn't get any response from the insurance company. I have been doing regular follow ups with the insurer but i all the time they keep on telling me that it will be done in couple of days, But as of today no action has been taken to assure me. But in response they are asking me to visit their Lucknow branch when they know that i am out of the country since past 2 months and i cannot visit them personally. I believe that the insurance is not bounded to one city and covers all over India then why my case is been delayed and why they are not transferring my case to any Delhi branch. The insurer persons I am taking with is Mr.sagar (contact no - [protected]) & another one is Mr.Supraneet (Contact no - [protected]) I would urge you to please look into the matter as i truly believe that ICICI is committed to its customer service and commitment.
