Respected sir/ma'am i want to claim my loss that i had faced due to bad wheather and i had paid my premium amount 1600 rupees and whoever i tried to call number which is mentioned in certificate mobile no. [protected], no. Is not valid. So please take my grievance on priority basis to resolve the issue. Or tell me the procedure to get claimed amount that is total sum assured amount. Policy issued date is 09/08/2016, certificate no. Is hp_w_baf8_[protected]_201516
