[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Wrong report given | |||||
My car is with Hyundai service centre for accidental claim with claim no - mot06213901. At the time of inspection for zero depreciation insurance no one informed me that you will not get approval or no inspection report was given, they told me your inspection is clear no problem in it. . They made wrong inspection report. My left side tail light was without any damage or scar clearly visible in preinspection photo they marked it broken. My back bumper was slightly loose only they adjust bumper like tat marked broken, my front bumper is ok they marked it scratched, tottaly fraud . I will never suggest ICICI Lombard to any one . They even did not told us their inspection report, they did it smartly and fraud by giving wrong inspection report. Was this information helpful? | |||||
