[Resolved]  ICICI — multiple ecs charges deducted

I have got a loan from bajaj finserv india. It was my last emi that i had to pay on the 2nd of july, which got delayed due to insufficient funds. Instead, i paid it on the 11th of july. So the ecs of ₹540 and ₹590 had been deducted from my account this month on the 3rd & 4th of july respectively. I cannot reach out to them on customer care and neither are they responding to the email. I would very much like to know why the money was deducted twice and i would like to know the status of my complaint and what will be the process of refund of the second deduction as soon as possible as it has already been a week since it happened. So kindly look into the matter and respond accordingly.
