[Resolved] ICICI — online banking fund transfer | |||||
I have used this sb account for many years and recently i was transferred fund from icici to hdfc for the urgent need and balance became zero. Immediately observed icic disable my online access and i could enable mysel[censored]sing otp with the registered phone. To maintain balance i have transferred money. Until this time everything looks okay. Today i tried using icici atm for withdrawal using icic atm card and observed icic used the cheap trick by disabling card and not permitting withdrawal. I was under the impression i have to go back and re-enable card through the online portal. When i tried enabling or funds transfer to another account, a message pops up saying this transaction for this user disable and contact the nearest branch. This is pathetic from icic and lost faith by their poor gimmicks. Its more pathetic their service request portal does not have an option for this service or a custom entry for my entry. Also, thier customer care number not even connecting after trying many times. Not sure why icici went this bad. Planning to close my relationship with this bank after 13years. Also would like to raise the complaint against icici bank for causing this inconvenience and not maintaining funds in thert atm. Was this information helpful? | |||||
