ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Beauty and technical team with non formatted Hard disc

AA) My policy 89132965 taken online on 2nd Jan2021.The company has not send me the policy. With great efforts through[protected] Piyu madam i managed to get welcome kit in whats upp.That'sall.
BB) When u track your application at their portal, it will be shown Policy is active and you can download. Also You will get email that your policy is ready and you can download but when you click download you will never see any policy but message like that Policy will be available after 6 Hours.This is the status even today
and will remain like that forever since the Technical team in the company is managed by a bunch of illiterates.

CC) In view of no policy being sent by the company you will unable to cancel the Policy during the statutory cooling Period. This company does all this with ulterior motive so that once the payment is made it is safe and they can enjoy at clients expense without doing any service.

DD) When you try to create new user login at the Portal you will have still greater fun of the century to conclude the that the technical team in the company are a bunch of Jokers. You can enter mobile number or policy number or policy number when u try to use new user for login.
As soon as you do any of them You will get a message that date of birth is not found in your records. Thus you cannot use the Portal.

DD) When you take up the issue of login with lifeline, you will get a message that they tried to contact me and i did not attend the call. Instead of trying to resolve the issue of Login through technical team, they will do all stupid and nonsense service in the response and your issue will remain forever.

EE) If you write to grievance Officer you will never get any response. Possibly they appears to be illiterate to do anything or do not bother to do any service since their salary is well protected.

FF) When you Lodge a complaint to Govt Portal against Private insurers, the complaint invariably goes to IRDAI which is another orgnisation which will do nothing immediately. After 2 or 3 months if your are alive, you can read the message from IRDAI simply passing on the stupid response from the Insurer.They do not even read the complaint but act as only as a Post office.

Thus when you deal with this Company one needs to be extra careful since there is no service from this company particularly from the senior management. Only the Lowest sales desk do work with diligence. The Grievance cell is the worst and you will never find such cell anywhere in the world. This is their world class grievance cell keeping mum on all issues raised and enjoy at someone's expense.
