[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Complain about foreclosure policy

Dear sir
I was opened new policy in 2010
Name of policy : icici pru assure wealth-plus
Policy number :13961729
I already paid 1 year premium of 25000 but later on due to some problem I was not paid other premium . and contact customer care for close this policy and refund my amount ( as miss guide by fraud adviser agent that u can discontinue this policy at any time ) but they denied me and added that this policy having locking period of 3 years . and they only send me SMS and without any letter communication they foreclosure my policy . I want to continue this policy or want to refund my amount kindly help me for this

Updated by Manish Maa I was received called on 9 Feb 2017from customer service of ICICI pro life but actually at that time I was riding the bike so disable to pick up call and later on I tried to recall on that number but nobody picked my call even I tried frequently but till nobody pick up the call. I have one contact number only [protected] and when you were called me at that time I was on bike so disable to pick call kindly further call me because I tried so many time to recall on same number from which you called me but nobody was picked the call . I requesting you to call between 11am to 5 pm .
