[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — forgery and misbehave

Dear sir/madam
We have opted an icici prudential life insurance along with our home loan recently in last month

Prior to the loan your official have come and offered some life insurance policy that we have accepted as they explain the benefits while discussion.

But what we are getting right now on paper is totally different policy from what they had offered...

This is absolutely unfair & of course not acceptable...

And when we try to contact them for the same they did not even came to hear the problem...

It is our humble request please look into it and do the needful at the earliest
