To, The Indian Consumer form . Date:-26.11.2016 Sir /Madam, Gist of my compliant, Several time I notify personally at branch and over phone to ICICI Prudential that I want to close my policy because it’s not performing well . They told me that the lock in period is for 5 years. You can close the policy after 06.09.2016. Just waiting for the date to close the policy. Without having my knowledge themselves renewal my policy by taking money from my standard charted Bank Credit Card bearing Account No-[protected] . I have register the complaint in Standard charted Bank also . Last year I made the payment through this card for renewal the policy of Rs 25000. They kept the card details in their records by the help of saving the card details they make the fraud activity without my knowledge or any prior notice to me. I have closed the policy and lose my money Rs 25000 in this transaction. ICICI Prudential advocating that when I did last year payment through card I have tick the option to repeat the transaction for this year. I am hundred percent sure I have unclick the option of repeat the transaction. Now my question to your bank and ICICI Prudential if I given the authorization to repeat the transaction they must have documented. Please share the document with us. I am now help less now asking you to intervene in this case. And give me justice . I need to ask to your merchant the following question. To ICICI Prudential 1)Have I given any authorization to ICICI Prudential for the repeat the transaction? Show the document and share with us. 2)If a card holder using card for any transaction and the merchant clearing the amount without bring notice to customer. What you declare the transaction is shave transaction or a clear case of fraud transaction, clear mean to harassing customer. 3) Suppose i have not using this card bearing the no Account No-[protected].How they renewal my policy without taking my concern. That means I got suffer because o[censored]sing this card. Praying for justice. This is clear case of fraud and monopoly activity of the ICICI Prudential.
