Hi,
I've applied for a credit card three weeks ago. The representative of
ICICI Bank Mr. Brajesh Purabiya (Mobile No. [protected]) is collect the hole document from us. Till date, I can't check the application status online. Neither the bank representative contacted me again nor I received any call for verification. Now we call on this mobile number the another
person was told me this is not a Brejesh Purabiya's number. Sir, the all documents set with signature & soft copy is already taken by bank representative. We continious followup about the status but I not find anything on online also. Can somebody let me know about the status of my application.. thanks

In reference to the same, we wish to inform you that the concern highlighted by you have been thoroughly reviewed by the Company and communication was sent on via email dated February 23, 2017.
Please noted that the plan opted by you is a regular premium policy and as the premium were unpaid, after completion of lapse re-instatement period the policy got foreclosed on August 23, 2011.
Please note that foreclosure of the policy and amount processed upon foreclosure are in lines with the terms and conditions mentioned in the policy documents received by you.
Accordingly the foreclosure payment of Rs. 4, 443.55/- was processed via cheque and was dispatched to the registered communication address however, the cheque was encashed.
In order to re-process the foreclosure payments kindly submit your duly consent on Electronic payout form (attached) and cancelled cheque.

I Jitendra Yadav purchased a policy InvestShield Cash Back policy No.07874068 with Insurance from
ICICI Lombard indore, M.P. In this we pay amount of Rs. 30, 000/-. We have some financial burden & job less condition we not able to pay the Policy premium. In accident of mine we loss lot of money & job. In the mean time we approached to Insurance company to withdraw the amount. They ensure after the five year passed we withdraw the amount of policy. Know we want to withdraw the amount they refused the claim of mine with the policy is not in working. The amount of deposited by me is not refunded .
Sir, Now five - Six year's gone they not given any amount to me please advise what can I do. Sir we humble request you pls. help us for resolve my problem.
